I clearly explained that other weird shit has happened in DBZ, so no, a scientist engineering humans into strong fighters is not weird, especially not in Dragon World.

There really isn't much of an answer. I suppose the reason why is because, Dr. Gero still saw the rate of progression Goku made in the Saiyan Saga. So he didn't take any chances and made them extra, extra strong.

Akira wasn't doing Power levels anymore so he didn't really care. I seriously doubt he sat down and said "Gee, the power levels grow about 2 Million times stronger, strange. Oh, well" discarding Power levels made it easier I think.

Anyway, the only androids in DB that I remember are Pirate Robot(nothing to do with Gero) and #8, who I believe was made by Gero and some other guy. #8 is shown to be stronger than Kid Goku, with no maximum power limitations given. You could put him anywhere.

I believe Eighter is the only Android at that point. In the the Gero creation chart, it states that Gero created him.

14 and 15 were atleast able to touch ssj vegeta and trunks! cooler was not able to make goku flinch!

plus after asorbing energy, 19 and 20 are stronger!
