If someone flicks you, do you say: "Ahhh I took damage"?

And yes a flick does inflict damage. Proof? 100,000 flicks in the same spot will hurt like hell, which means its impossible that one flick does nothing.

Thats the most retarded 'proof' I've ever heard. Thats like saying Goku was actually weaker than the Saibaman just because noone stated he was stronger, even though he beat up Nappa who is much stronger than a Saibaman

Damage is usually denoted as something that can be visibly detected, due to the body's visible reactions to whatever inflicted the damage to begin with. Pain is associated with anything that causes discomfort, which may or may not produce a reaction on the body that can visibly be detected.

Pain can be induced without resulting in any visible damage forming.
