And no it wouldnt since the Kamehameha Goku fired wasnt even close to have the same power as the kikoho so it wouldnt even move cell from his place thats quite obvious i belive

A full powered Kamehameha from a Cyborg Saga SSJ Goku would have the same effect on Semi Perfect Cell than one of Tien's Neo Tribeams

The Ki-Ko-Ho is possibly one of the only attacks in DBZ that's considered unbelievably powerful, but never did any damage on any opponent.

It is just the equivalent for Goku's Spirit Bomb. Just that Goku's Genkidama was useful.

It burned him. Note the steam/smoke coming from Cell(not the ground, Cell) on the attached image.

One could also argue the shot of Cell being Physically knocked down possibly shows a painful expression on his face.

The fact is the Semi Perfect Cell wasn't damaged by the Kikoho at all.

The residues of the Kikoho's Ki maybe? He only felt that he was being pushed away, not like he was being attacked.

Was there residual ki forming in mid air or only coming off the rock and Cell? Did Tiens hands have any smoking coming from them?

These are questions btw, not statements that there was no residual ki.

It means that Cell's skin is hotter than the air that is hitting it. Like when you run water into a hot frying pan. Having an energy attack pour over you will raise your surface temperature. It doesn't mean he's hurt or damaged.

Lol, you can believe that(it does make sense) if you want. But I'm going with the simplier answer, which is Cell got burned by the attack. My evidence is the marks on his body, which can be interpreted as dirt or scratches.

Which means it cannot be proved either way, so it is perfectly acceptable to believe that Cell was hurt by the attack.

Don't know and don't care. Point is, its a much simplier and better explanation that Cell was hurt a little bit by Tien. And it makes more sense than it not hurting him. But people can take it either way as long as they are not trying to prove that it goes either way.
