1) There is no record as to what his mother would look like, and could very well look like a more feminine version of his already feminine looking True Form.

2) There is nothing suggesting that they have different parents, and considering how Koora was so adamant about Furiiza being a disgrace to their family due to losing to a Saiya-jin, it's quite likely that they have the same parents.

3) Who's to say that she is even alive during the events in Z? No direct reference is given regarding her (Furiiza's one comment about his parents being the only others that had been capable of hurting him in the past is the only reference ever given to her), so we don't know anything about her, including her whereabouts, her attitude, and even whether or not she's still alive.

Where does it say that Frieza had a mother? If I remember correctly, Frieza's line about his family could be translated as "parent" alternatively to parents. It would make more sense that way too, considering we only see his father.

Well if King Cold is Freeza's father he surely had a mother. See if Freeza's race are asexual King Cold wouldn't be Freeza's father since there aren't males or females.

I tend to believe Freeza's mother probably died a long time ago. Or she was killed by someone (maybe even by Freeza) or died due something.

"Father" is just a term. In a race that has no sexuality "father" could well be the catch-all term for a parent, used mainly to avoid confusing other races.

In my personal opinion she would probably be like this and I can imagine Frieza´s mother when Frieza was a kid... ¨Son you must be the ruler of the world make your father and I pround you strong little kid¨ and Frieza says ¨Yes mother I will be the ruler of the universe not the world, HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA¨, and King Cold says ¨Honey I am home from work, wow what a tough day killing weird alians are annoying¨, and then Kid Frieza says ¨Daddy don´t worry I can take care of that¨, and then King Cold says ¨No son, your only 10 years old with a power level of 80,000 even though you can take my job, I wanna do it before I get old and you past me son¨.
