Pan? the Strongest Fighter in the Universe?!

Her paternal grandfather is the strongest fighter in the universe, her dad was one the strongest, her mom was one of the strongest normal humans, her maternal gramps is the world champ, her paternal great gramps was a strong saiyan warrior, her paternal great great gramps was a powerful martial artist, and she's basically got all of their blood! If she had kept training after Z ended (or at least more) than wouldn't she have the potential to be the strongest force in the universe?

I doubt it. She isn't going to inherit all of her father's traits. She had the potential to be the strongest female fighter, but that's about it.

I think she should of been alot more powerful or important that she became in the series. The roots are there for her to become one of the top 3 powerhouses of DBZGT lore and yet they just couldn't be arsed putting time into giving her character perfectly justifiable strength.
