How do you know Vegeta turned into a SSJ after Trunks was born? He was already one year old when the Androids arrived.

Tha would be impossible, Goten would be much older than he was in the Buu saga.

Also, neither of them are MSSJ. Only Goku and Gohan are.

Because Trunks was a natural Super Saiyan, without a near death experience, at the age of 7.

But the point is that she has the potential to become the stronest in the universe. She has a better chance then what chance Trunks or Goten had.

No one is saying she's the strongest in the Universe. They are saying, suggesting that she could be on par with those given that title if her training circumstances had of been different.

That's because she stopped training. If she had continued training like she promised Goku she would've been a SSJ probably before Goten and Trunks were.

Look at it the way you want, even with her lineage, Trunks and Goten at age 7 were leaps and bounds ahead of her at age 14. Also, must we keep this a canon discussion because it seems GT is involved. She's 1/4th saiyan, and the fact that Mr Satan, Chi-Chi and Videl are her grandfather, grandmother and mother is irrelevant. There are normal humans, there are humans much stronger than all of them combined. Think of Krillin, Yamcha, Tienshinhan etc.

Yes she has saiyan heritage, but when too much human blood comes into play, I don't see her even reaching SSJ like power. Also, she received no particular training, was never putted under critical conditions and probably never will. I fail to see where Pan could even come close to any SSJ showed in the series.

Akira did say in an interview that she could become a SSJ, he just wouldn't know how to make her look. I said it before, I'm just restating it cause some people tend to get so caught up they forget.

I thought he was asked why didn't Pan become SSJ and he replied that he never came out with a good design for SSJ females. He never ever said that she could go SSJ =/

What wasn't said doesn't matter, it has to be said to matter. No one said Yajirobe wasn't stronger than Vegeto, it still doesn't mean that he can be stronger. No one said Pan could go SSJ, she never hinted that she could, no one gave a clue that she could, therefore, she can't.
