It's just a poll to know the level of interest of the members in the DBZ section. Would you like to be a DBZ draft? It's like a sport draft, only you pick DBZ characters and make a team with them. No, there won't be any bashing on anyone's part, just everyone having a good time.

It's similar to a Fantasy Sports Pool. You are given a certain number of players/ or player and see how they do week in and week out of their season. If you're player continues to do well, you gain respect and can either sell or buy other players.

Think of what a sport agent does, this is similar.
