All Hell scenes are filler. The anime does show him traveling to Earth with everyone else, and later on isn't he shown living in Capsule Corp?

Well the dragon's wish could've inluded animals but I doubt it. So he either died on Namek or he died in the Buu saga when Kid Buu blew up earth. That's all really. Also the episode you're talking about is filler.

When Ginyu met Bulma on Namek, she gave him a translator of some sort. He can't do it without that because he can't speak.
