I'm getting HELLA annoyed by all this stuff about USS, or ascended SS, or stages 2-3 and then SS2-SS3, and the big ape and golden ape and SS4 and shit. The answer occurred to me when I read Kaio's thread-starter about all the SS stuff. So, I'm trying to make a guide that everyone can enjoy and agree on. It will include traits of the form, when the form 1st appeared, what causes the transformation, additional information from fan-names and Daizenshuu stuff (with a note that it is possibly incorrect, and was never stated in the manga), all arguments on BOTH sides of all controversies about the transformations (I will try to stay completely neutral and not cause readers to think only what I think, and I will give ONLY STATED FACTS, NOT MY OR OTHER'S OPINIONS), etc.

Anyways, I need your help because
1. I don't have a very accurate translation of the original manga, which is needed here
and
2. Nobody here would trust anything I say and they would simply say that this guide was whipped up in 30 seconds, which is untrue.

So, I need help. What I need currently is the translated original Japanese names for each form (SS, ascended, USS, SS2, and SS3 as people would say it here usually, due to dub lines, Daizenshuu, and fan terms) so I know what to title them. I need a scan of a character stating these names (light the Chibi signal!) and I will not take someone simply telling me what the names are as, not that I don't trust MFG-DBZfans, you could be lying or simply wrong. I would give rep to the person who provides the scan, but unfortunately, my own rep is too low for me to rep anyone else.

edit=btw, if you just post saying how much you don't think this guide is necessary, your post will not be read/replied to by me.

There is a very good Super Saiyan guide already which shows them as Super Saiyan type 2 and type 3. Those are the best names you're gonna get. They were never named in the manga.

There's not really any need to make a guide. The best one has already been made. I just wish I had the link. Someone else should have it though. Go for it if you want, but don't expect anyone to follow it. Most people make up their own minds,

Alright, calm down. I'm just saying that unless it's amazing no-one will pay attention to it. Besides, I just fucking told you the information you wanted to know. They were never named, and my favourite name is either "type 2 & 3" or "grade 2 & 3".

I'm perfectly calm. Its hard to express how calm/angry one is through typing.
It DEFINITELY will be amazing. I'm really doing my research and giving ALL information you could POSSIBLY want to know about these forms.
How am I supposed to know you definitely have read the original Japanese manga? Besides, even if they weren't named, what I really need to see is the character's reactions to each transformation (OMG! Gohan is a SS2!) and/or adjectives they've used to describe it.
It sounds kind of like you're thinking of the levels between SS1 and 2, well I'm talking about ALL SS levels, just so you know that.

But this'll have TONS more information, how many times do I have to say it? Here's what it'll be like=

Yeah, actually. See, it is commonly thought (and probably true) that saiyans need to reach a certain amount of power before transforming. There may be more requirements, I'll figure those out later.
Almost all of it is from Toriyama's manga, with segments (which have been noted) about fan-stuff or Daizenshuu stuff.
