It may have been a filler but the anime show Tien, Choaztu, and Yamacha fighting members of the Ginyu Force. That puts there power levels in the high tens of thousands at least. So I would say that by the Android saga Tien and Yamacha would at least be in the 500,000s if not higher.

This list is too hard on the eyes, try formatting it better.

Nappa wasn't wearing weights, it was just his armor that fell off. The armor was not weighted as Krillin and Gohan stated on Namek that it felt lighter and springier than normal clothes. Taking it off wouldn't make Nappa stronger.

Humans are too weak. Tien should be stronger than Krillin by the time the Trunks saga starts.

Kabito (sp?) I think it's Kibito.

Trunks should not be that close to Goten. Try 1.1x difference or more.

SSJ Gotenks should be stronger than SSJ3 Goku.

Well he has the difference at 1.0009x ... That's too close, considering Trunks is a year older than Goten. The difference should be at least 1.05
