Gotenkusu : Gotenks - the result of Fusion dance between Goten and Trunks.

Guregorii : Gregory - the fly-like organism that Goku and others had to hammer as a part of their training with King Kai.

Gurudo : Guldo - the short, green, frog-like member of the Ginyu force who had weird psychic powers to help him fight. He was basically the weakest of the force.

Heihime : Princess Snake - the snake princess whom Goku meets while on the Sanke-way. She tried to eat Goku up.

Hirudigaan : Hildegarn - the big monster who appeared in movie 13 : 'Wrath of the Dragon' as the main villian.

Jin (as in Saiya-jin or Namek-jin) : the Japanese term which means 'people' or 'person'.

Jiisu : Jeice - the short, orange and the vainest member of the Ginyu Force.

Jyanemba: Janemba - the main villian in movie 12 : Fusion Reborn.

Kakarotto : Kakarot - Goku's original, Saiyan name.

Kamesennin : Master Roshi - the world's most skilled pervert (skilled in martial arts, not in... ah, you know).

Korudo Daiou : Kind Cold - the father of Frieza (and Cooler as well, if you consider the movies, that is).

Kaiosama : King Kai.

Kulilin/Kuririn : Krillin - Goku's best friend.

Metaru Coola : Metal Cooler - appeared in movie 6 : The Return of Cooler.

Mirai (as in Mirai Trunks) : Japanese term for 'Future'.

Misutaa Popo : Mr. Popo - assistant to kami.

Muten Roshi : Master Roshi.

Neiru : Nail - one of the last surviving Nameks. He fused with Piccolo so they would be able to defeat Frieza.

Gyu Maou : Ox King - the father of Goku's wife Chi-Chi.

Paikuhan/Paikon : Pikkon - West Kaio-sama's best student.

Peddo Ribon Gunno : Red Ribbon Army.

Pikkoro Daimaou : Demon King Piccolo - the evil half of Kami, and the father of Piccolo jr.

Pilafu : Emperor Pilaf - not much to say, he was initially after the dragon balls and later on freed Piccolo Daimao from his 'prison'.

Polunga : Porunga - the dragon who emerges when the seven Namekian dragon balls are brought together. Grants three wishes.

Radittsu/Radittzu : Raditz, the older, evil brother of Goku.

Rikuumu/Rikum : Recoome - a member of the Ginyu force, one of the few naked butts we got to see in DB/Z.

Seru : Cell - the final boss in the Android saga. Made up of cells from various great fighters like Goku, Frieza, Piccolo, etc.

Suraggu : Lord Slug - the evil Namekian who appeared in movie 4 as the villian.

Tanbarin : Tambourine - one of Piccolo Daimao's children.

Tenshinhan : Tien - the strongest human in DB/Z.

Tullece : Turles - the evil Saiyan who appeared as the main villian in movie 3 : The Tree of Might. Looks almost like Goku, but he is NOT Goku's brother. He is more like a depiction of what Goku would have been like if he had been a bad guy.

Uubuu : Majuub - the fusion between Fat Buu and Uub, the reincarnation of Kid Buu.

Yamucha : Yamcha - a once desert bandit, goes on to become a Z fighter, and the third most powerful human (after Tien and Krillin).

Zaabon : Zarbon - one of Frieza's top henchmen. Often seen making love with Frieza in fanarts and flash clips on Newgrounds.

Zenkai : When a Saiyan recovers from a near-death experience, he recieves a large power-up, and is said to have gotten a Zenkai.

Zet Senshi : Translates to "Z Fighter". It is the most frustrating term you can ever use while you are in an English-using forum. Using Japanese names is one thing, but this is just ridiculous. When you are saying something in English, then why can't you keep it all in Engligh? Why use Japanese? Whats the point?





Bonus Material

1. Goku vs. Gokuu vs. Gokou
This one's been bugging people since forever. What is the correct spelling? Is there a wrong spelling? Well, the people who think they become very cool by using Japanese terms also seem to think that "Gokou" is the Japanese for Goku. The spelling "Gokou" initially originated from Bandai and their Super Battle Collection figures in Japan, and later made it way into fansubs, fanslations, and even video games. Anyways, Gokou is a wrong spelling so stop using it!
As for Gokuu and Goku, both of them are accepted, perfectly correct spellings. You may use any of the two. Doesn't make a difference.



2. The Android confusion (with reference from Daizenshuu EX - General - Ask "Daizenshuu EX" - 05 December 2005 )
Now, the big question is, if #18 was an Android, how was she able to have a child with Krillin? To understand the situation, we must go to the original Japanese term used in the context. The Japanese term used for the Androids was jinzoningen.
Now, breaking the word, jinzo stands for 'Artificial', and ningen stands for 'Human being'. So, the whle term stands for "Artificial Human Being", which has a really broad meaning. Anyways, look at these images :

Notice, she says they were 'turned' into jinzoningen, (which implies they were initially humans).

So, it is clear that 17 and 18, were indeed cyborgs, and not androids, while 16, as he stated himself, was made from scratch and was truly an Android.

1) It's not Koola, but Koora 2) Never once have I seen it spelled as Denden. It's always been Dende 3) Furiiza, not Furiza 4) Gojiita, not Gogita (taking the Go- from Gokuu and adding it to the -jiita from Bejiita) 5) Pikkoro, not Piccolo 6) Radittsu, as -tsu is basically the equivalent of the letter "s", so without the second t in there, you'd be calling him Radis 7) Rikuumu, not Rikum 8) It's Uub in his normal state (from when he's originally re-incarnated to when he merged with Mr. Buu) and Uubuu in his merged state, which is called Majuub in the dub.

You should add Cultivars=Saibamen
