Fat Buu/Super Buu

Ok, so I'm working on my power level list for the Buu arc and I was wondering, wouldn't Fat Buu = Super Buu? They just changed their appearance right?

Not true, Super Buu was stated to be stronger by Piccolo and Goku. Super Buu is almost like a reunion between Evil Buu and Good buu which made Super Buu much stronger than before.

Yeah, but if Good Buu + Evil Buu = Fat Buu, wouldn't Evil Buu + Good Buu = Super Buu.

As for the Piccolo/Goku comments, maybe since he was more evil he wasn't afraid to use his full power all the time?

Super Buu is far superior to Majin Buu. Goku stated he could've destroyed one, but the other would kick his face in. Piccolo also states he's more powerful in every way, and Goku sensed his power from the Kaioshin planet. So Majin Buu is just not around Super Buu's power.

Fat Buu wasn't afraid to use his Power he simply can't do to the Kai's influence. Maybe whenever Buu absorbs a Mystical entity like himself or a Kai it most likely has some different effects.

I don't buy that explanation myself, and I personally find it lame; especially since there's nothing that states that he "lost" power or the ability to control his extra power gained from the grand supreme kai absorption, and that it wouldn't make sense that he would be the only victim to negatively affect his power. It just doesn't make any sense at all for Majin Buu to re-unite and gain additional power from thin air. So, I agree with hero_764; I would like to see you make unsplit, fat Majin Buu's theoretical, maximum power level equal or very close to super Majin Buu's power level.

Well, consider it what you want. The Kaioshins (mainly Dai Kaioshin) suppressed Buu's evil, along with his power as well. He didn't have access to all of his power because he hit a limit, and it's as simple as that.

Super Buu is far superior to Majin Buu whether you agree with it or not.

Super Buu is much stronger than Fat Buu. It's stated. Fat Buu is the result of Buu absorbing Dai Kaioshin. Super Buu is the result of Evil Buu absorbing Fat Buu.

People seem to think that Buu calaculations work two way, but it isn't the case.

Aku Buu+Mr Buu=Shin Buu

Chibi Buu+South Kaioshin=Buff Buu

Buff Buu+Dai Kaioshin=Fat Buu

Aku Buu+Mr Buu =/= Fat Buu

Fat Buu has the potential to be as powerful as Shin Buu, but because of the Dai Kaioushin-sama's influence over his body, he wouldn't be able to raise his battle power high enough before he'd be forced to expel the Aku Buu, in turn causing him to revert to Mr. Buu.

No one is disagreeing with that, but it doesn't mean they don't have the same power levels. Two people can be equal in strength but one person could be a better fight than the other. It was stated that super Majin Buu's body was better for fighting, and he wasn't restricted by good nature, which would make him superior.

Because he's using more of the original, fat Majin Buu's power that he didn't show prior to splitting.

What makes you think he expelled the wrath from his body because he reached a certain limit? Maybe he expelled it because he didn't want it.

It was stated by Kibitoshin to the old Shin. He specifically mentioned Dai Kaioshin as being the one who brought Majin Buu under control. He said before that absorption, Buu was still pure evil. So the strongest Kaioshin never calmed him down.

Piccolo later stated that he was more powerful then before. That, and the fact that Buu with the strongest Kaioshin absorbed is stated to be more powerful then Super Buu, and we know it's simply not what you think it is. By the way, Goku sensed his transformation on the Kaioshin planet; that means he powered-up a whole lot.

Buu told Hercule to leave because he was in danger. Majin Buu had absolutely no control over that, he was beyond control.

Well, I mean it was pretty much stated that Super Buu was stronger, I just couldn't figure out how. Now I understand. Even if there isn't any evidence for it, it makes sense in my mind(feel free to try and prove me otherwise).
