Tienshinhan/Tenshinhan?

The name 'Tenshinhan' annoys me. People don't call him Tenshinhan casually, people always say Tien, or maybe, Tienshinhan. Tenshinhan may be his actual name, but people only call him Tenshinhan to try and look smart because they're using Japanese names.

Hell, do the same people who say 'It's not Tienshinhan, it's TENshinhan, noob! call Vegeta by Bejita, or Goku by Sangokuu?

I say Tienshinhan, or Tien for short. Just like I say Son Goku or Goku for short rather than Sangokuu.

I know what you mean man... I just call them by their English names, people call Burter like Butta and shit and this is an English site and some people don't know what the hell they are talking about.

I got into the habbit of saying "Tenshinhan" since so many said that. I prefer "Tien" or "Tienshinhan".

Because that's completely what we do, you know. It's not like the manga (which is totally not in English, but Japanese) translates his name to be Tenshinhan, or anything.

Names like Butta, Jheese, Gurd, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, Kuririn, etc, they're all derived from the manga. It's not like we spell like this to show off.

You missed the point. People use the name Tenshinhan then promote it because of it's original link to the Japanese manga. But how many of these people call Vegeta by Bejita or Goku by Sangokuu in the same context?

Tenshinhan is in Viz.

Bejita and Sangokuu are not, so your examples are flawed.

Tienshinhan sounds like a name given by a poor fan-fiction writer.
