Fat Buu spiltted in two right? Most of his power went to Aku Buu. Goku said he could have beaten Fat Buu at the very end of the manga. Maybe it would be with a lot of struggle but still, he would win. Against Chibi Buu, he didn't even win. He could have won but they were dead even.

That's ironic, at first we all believed Chibi Buu was the strongest and now some people are trying to say he's the weakest after Aku Buu. He's not the strongest but saying he is weaker than Aku Buu is way too much.

Goku wasn't using his full power and Fat Buu could have been using his full power. Evidences?

At first Fat Buu was getting smashed by SSJ2 Majin Vegeta, Vegeta was dominating the fight. Then Fat Buu got angry, he started thrashing Vegeta like there was no tomorrow, once Fat Buu got down to buisness he was dominating the fight.

Now, it means when Fat Buu was calm against Majin Vegeta he was much weaker than an SSJ2, when he got angry he became arguably almost as strong as an SSJ3. Against Goku, Fat Buu didn't get angry at all even if he was taking hits. Strange fact though, Fat Buu was keeping up with an SSJ3 when he wasn't angry but at first he was getting owned by an SSJ2 when not angry. When Fat Buu got angry for the first time, his power increased and didn't decrease, that's why he was able to keep up with SSJ3 Goku. If his power had decrease to his initial state, he wouldn't have stood the ghost of a chance against SSJ3 Goku. All that to say, when he was fighting SSJ3 Goku, Fat Buu was using close to his full power, he doesn't have to be angry to trigger it once more since Vegeta already forced him to go all out.

SSJ3 Goku wasn't using near his full power. He saw Fat Buu was joking around with him, then he tells Piccolo he wasn't sure if he could have beaten and at the very end he said for sure he could have beaten him. Meaning Goku perfectly knew Fat Buu wasn't using his full power and he neither wasn't using his full power.

Edit: The General conscensus is: Fat Buu gains power when he gets angry. There is nothing to suggests his power drops when he calms down.

Didn't Majin Buu power-up against Dabura, which scared the shit out of Gohan & Goku? After that, he powered-up when Vegeta called him ugly, and Krillin notes it, and Piccolo also can't believe he can raise his power so quickly. That's why I think he can power-up as much as he wants, until he hits that limit.

Exactly, no one ever mentionned his power decreased when he calms down. He just keeps getting stronger each time he gets angry. That's why he went from:

Calm and weaker than SSJ2 Vegeta to calm and able to keep up with SSJ3 Goku.

Why would he hold back on Fat Buu? Also, Goku was making a big deal about Fat Buu being in his league of power. Why would Goku say that if he had much more power to spare? Besides, it doesn't seem like Super Sayajin 3 is an easy form to control, let alone to suppress your power with.

Yup.

I agree that Buu's power didn't decrease and that it stayed the same when Buu fought Super Sayajin 3 Goku. However, that doesn't mean that Fat Buu still doesn't have more latent power to unleash.

Goku could've said that because, if the fight went on and Buu didn't in crease his power, Goku would've won, because, let's face it, Goku had the advantage in that fight.

I agree with you. However, who says that fat Buu can't get madder, causing his power to further increase?

EDIT:

Except for the fact that Dabura pissed off Buu, meaning that the theory that Fat Buu's power increase, and only increases, when he's mad is still correct until someone disproves it.
