Eh, I'm not gonna rage and rant here, but like I said, a difference of twenty for guys in the thousands is more or less equal, is all I'm saying. I've got not that much interest in PL evaluation, let alone startin' mine or getting into some fervid debate, just sayin'..

Plus, Saibamen can shoot acid outta their heads and buzurn Raditz if they wanted. :D

I'm not sure, but I think Goku was stated (again, only in the original japanese manga) to be exactly 8,000, which would change Nappa's power level and the kaioken's power level.

Goku Vs. Vegeta

Once again, I think, original japanese manga, blah blah. This time it was Vegeta at 18,000.

I only did up to the Saiyan saga because I wasn't sure if it'd be well recieved or not, so be sure to let me know what you think... Or if you think there are any mistakes.

I'm pretty sure Piccolo's attack was just a run of the mill ki blast.

No. It would still be an attack of 18,000.

The same goes for Krillin, just reverse process.

Not the best example... Because for one thing, Vegeta "Spamming blasts" is doing every one of those blasts at different momments in time (Even if it is really fast), and another thing is that it's directly implied that Krillin's attack decreased in power when it split into 6 attacks. Nappa (And just about everyone for the matter) was originally nervous to get hit by the attack, but then when one of the 6 split attacks hits him it does nothing at all.

That's the 22nd tournament's Kamehameha. It's made pretty clear that by the 23rd tournament, Goku's kamehameha had far surpassed Roshi's, and it didn't even drain him.

Nope, just the cultivars, who were stated to "Rival" raditz in power. I interpretted it as Raditz being a little bit stronger to be honest.

Zenkai's are Near death Increases, not death increases :P

His emotions weren't really fluctuating when he transformed, so I didn't base it off that level. Though he might have been a little stressed as SSJ4 Vegito pointed out.

You might be thinking of Daizenshuu #7 here. It's "Over 8,000", as far as I know anyway.

He was stated to have "Barely gotten up to 18,000" while they were talking about him on Namek, but keep in mind they last saw him well before Vegeta goes to earth, so anything over 18,000 is fine since he had been doing planetary assaults.

that's the way it was worded, but really any physical damage to the body causes it, the increase depends on how much damage is done. He wouldn't get the zenkai from dieing necessarily, but he took a lot of abuse just before he died.

The Japanese manga does indeed say "over 8000" regarding Goku.

As for Raditz, I still don't agree that he should be stronger. The Saibaimen "rivaling" Raditz was just my personal translation that keeps getting passed around; I thought it sounded spiffy. From Jim Breen's WWWJDIC:

The original line was "pawaa dake nara radittsu to hitteki suru...!!" In English, "In power only, they rival/are equal to/are comparable to Raditz...!!"

I think the point of the line is that they have the same power as Raditz, but Raditz has better technique and skill.
