I agree. Vegeta was "afraid given his expression" of Gohan's 2,800 attack. That doesn't mean the attack was really 19,000.

Everyone involved makes it clear that Gohan's attack was the strongest thing seen all day to that point. And Krillin can't do anything up to any 9,000.

.....and Yajirobe's still waaaaaaaaay too weak. He was over 165 when we first meet him, say nothing about during this battle.

Nice Job. Your levels are just about where I'd place them, the only thing I might change is Great Ape Gohan's level when he transforms in the wilderness, he was crying or "Distressed" and when he was in a similar situation he had a PL of 710. So I think he might have had that level of power before he transformed into an Oozaru. So I guess that's one thing to base his Oozaru Power off of.

Afraid? More like surprised if you ask me. And what he was surprised about was that they could alter their powers. He even makes mention of it.

They seemed like they were surprised such power was coming from Gohan, not the overall power in general.

How do you explain that even when the blast's power was split into 6, each attack had enough power to annihilate the Cultivars?

He couldn't even finish off a half-dead Vegeta with a sword in hand. I'd say he fell behind the others considerably.

165 is his "Non-Fighting" level.

The blasts were still connected to the center, it wasn't actually cut into 6 different parts. Maybe it's one of Krillin's special techniques.

It still wouldn't make sense though since they're still 6 attacks coming from the blast.

I dislike Raditz's 550 PL. A blast from Piccolo would invoke a more serious response than "You nearly singed some of my leg hairs"

Other than that, bloody excellent idea.

A blast that splits into six attacks though. Just because it's attached to something doesn't mean it's still all one power. That would be impossible since it made 6 different impacts at once.

550 divided by 322 is roughly 1.7x, so it's natural Piccolo's blast would be nothing to him.

Goku, Kamehameha 416-924 =2.2x increase
Piccolo, Hell Dagger Implosion(of doom) 322-322? =0x increase?

Edit: Remember Raditz>>>Piccolo, so Piccolo would fire at full power, not some pathetic ass attack

Let me ask you something:

Vegeta can spam six blasts with pl of 18,000.

If he gathered all six into one, would that make an attack of 108,000?

No. It would still be an attack of 18,000.

The same goes for Krillin, just reverse process.

You explained it better than I did, that's what I'm trying to say, Krillin's attack shouldn't be in the 9,000s.

Tien Kikoho level is ok, but Tien injured is too high.

If I remember well he even had troubles with standing, so I think that a level 500 or lower would only suit him.

Not to mention that kikoho multiplier is 2x which is lower than Goku's kamehameha level against Raditz, and Roshi said that any Kamehameha is a dog piss compared to power of kikoho.

@ Devilz: Oh, ok didn't immediately see that.

Eh, he's usin' Viz translation, and the Japanese version didn't explicitly just say "Raditz's powa iz 1,200" or anything, just that the Saiba monsters were, and that they were "equal" to Raditz, and a 20 difference to 1,200s ain't that far off. The rest look like they need some brushin' up though.
