Dr. Briefs: Pivotal Character

Almost everything you see in the Dragon Ball anime is made by the Capsule Corp. This guy frickin' made Earth man. Along with his Daughter (Bulma) they invented some inventions without them, well shit would suck, example: Dragon Radar.

Without the Dragon Radar, the Z Warriors were pretty much screwed. What else where there: Capsules, Hovercars, etc.
