Still hate the whiny bitch voice version of Vegeta. Always have, and always will. I laughed at it when I first heard it; it was ridiculous.

You referring to Drummond's portrayal of Vegeta?

That's right. That voice sounds like something we'd hear in a Spongebob episode. It makes Vegeta sound like a wimp.

lol, that's you. I thought he captured his character at that time perfectly - moreso than Sabat, who couldn't pull off an "Evil" Vegeta to save his life.

He sounds like the DBZ version of Mike Tyson. It doesn't sound evil, it sounds like he's a pussy.

I'll be honest, I actually like Ocean Dub's Vegeta voice more than Funimation's. Chris Sabat sounds like he swallowed sand paper :/. It gets really annoying. Plus Drummond had a crazy laugh that gave you the feeling Vegeta was a great villain (Back when he was one).

I feel Sabat made a better, more apt Vegeta later on than Drummond did, though I felt Sabat's incarnation of Vegeta's voice became a bit too deep. However, I feel Ryo Horikawa trump them all by a length:

YouTube - Vegeta's Respect

In any case, I'd say FUNimation's more glaring issues lie in their script and choices of implementation (as well as select VAs) rather than their music (which is not the original and applied in a silly manner, relying upon brief touches on pace and pulse-pounding tones, but still good in a notable amount of cases in my ears).

Vegeta's Japanese voice is very consistant unlike the other two. I also think he's the best overall.

Did they at least fix the "Over 9,000!" line?
I think the "re-masterd" focused on the vison more than anything?? Maybe??
