Majin Vegeta hands down.

Vegeta's persona before his Majin power up was already selfish, disclosed, and untaken by distractions that would push him away from his goal of being true ruler of the universe. I believe the idea of such a character is his own complete self, in a sense, of a new beginning. The pronounced veins, dark eyes, and sheer power made him into a complete being, similar to what he was earlier.

Good choice. Android 18 is sexier than Yamcha anyway.

I'd say Mirai Trunks. He had depth, a good set of emotions, his incentive and intentions were relatable and as a character he had a better backstory than any of other characters (perhaps with the select exception of Piccolo/Kami-sama). I also agree with Ames on Vegeta - though I think the fulcrum for his turning point was when Mirai Trunks was ran through the gut by Complete Cell, he became more humble in the Boo Saga Arc. Through association, he didn't need to face anyone so much as he needed to face himself in the "right" and change tremendously as a person and in character. Like it or not, he had subtle appreciation for the one he was obsessed with defeating, appreciating the challenges Goku gave him as a fellow Saiyan. Thankfully, the miffing cycle of him getting surmounted, riding on the venting game, and nettlesomely trying again to surpass was ended by the end of the series, when he saw that things were fine just the way they were.

Outside of the menacing tones (that bordered on brilliant) of the earlier character, the only facet I liked to Vegeta's character was that very change. But when it comes to characters, I prefer Mirai Trunks.
