Why didn't Bulma at lease try to repair android 16 back someway.
Besides why would you want Android 16 back?

Because he became a good guy and helped fight against Cell. Wishing him back or rebuilding him was the least they could have done, I know Cell smashes his head but I'm sure there was still a chip or two around somewhere that they could use.

They can't rebuild 16. He was blown to smithereens, and they have no clue how to build another 16 from nothing. And even if they did, they'd only have a mindless robot shell, since they don't have any idea what lines of code Gero used to program 16.

On the other hand, they could make another 17 (or at least something like him) if they could find a human willing to be transformed, since they actually have the blueprints for him.

Anyway, I don't really see why he wasn't wished back. When Buu blew up the Earth, and Vegeta wished it back all the computers returned

AT just left him out most likely, maybe on accident.
He died for a reason it woulndt have as much imact if he came back.

17 came back but isn't really seen again, thought he is ahuan constuct and would be different

As for the computers being brought back, perhaps 16 did come back and he's laying in the bottom of gero;s lab.

I do remember thought in dragonball they preseved chaozu and krillins body to wish them back>

Also perhaps 16 experienced a natural death.

The best explanation is that it was out of the dragon and it;s creator's power.

that is true but i tihnk he would have shown up against buu, but than again maybe not, he would be the best to know thathe couldn't help at all, he failed against a much weaker cell.
so yea maybe he just enjoys life.

Exactly, someone here suggested a while back that he could just walk off into the wilderness to be with nature. Maybe dump him off in the Amazon RainForest, he would be right at home.

No, 16 can't come back to life. He isn't a living organism, and he's far too advanced to be rebuilt. He's far too advanced for Shenron to rebuild because Shenron couldn't even turn 17 and 18 back into normal human beings. Besides, I hope that 16 stays dead, because it'll be the first and only death in Dragon Ball, and no, I don't count the times when someone "dies", only to be revived and to get some stupidly rigged power boost.

If there's one thing I loathe about Dragon Ball, it's that people don't stay dead.

Not it either. I think the power needed to get all the computers on Earth needed more than just getting back 16
