Yeah wtf is up with the tails. Vegeta even says it'll grow back but it never does..

If one cell's nucleus can regenerate an entirely new more powerful cell , than he could make a bajillion more full powercells. It's not supposed to make sense really. OR he could rips his limbs off and each one could turn into a new cell. it's rediculous.

Also there must have been tampering with his dna he looks very different from a saiyan and namekian. He looks of a cicada.

Frieza's cell's allow him to live with any injury (Frieza was still alive after trunks cut him in half and after he got hit by his own energy disc) so this isn't even a plothole.

I'll give you the part about being cut by his own Ki-enzan, but there's no evidence to support that he was actually still alive after Torunkusu sliced him in half. He doesn't move or anything after he was cleaved in two, nor is he shown in the manga to still be seeing Torunkusu as his vision splits (as it was shown in the anime).

He barely survived the ki blast Gokuu threw at him as well as the explosion of Nameksei, and that was with his head mostly intact, so it's pretty obvious that if his brain is more or less intact, then he'd survive.

I remember in the Trunks Saga, Trunks calls #17 and #18 Mechanical Men #19 and #20. I know it was because #19 and #20 were supposed to be the original main villains, but it is an inconsistency nevertheless.

An inconsistency that should have been changed in the Kanzenban release of the manga...

I wonder if the line was changed in the anime?

Stated when? After getting beaten around by KKx3 Goku he says:

"This...this cannot be happening.......I...am an elite Saiyan Warrior...!! I can not be beaten by some low-ranked fighter...like him....."

And then he thinks to himself: "I am the strongest in the universe...!!!!!

1) How do you know he was still alive after being cut in half?

2) When he was cut by his energy disk he could no longer move the lower half of his body, which Cell did.

3) He couldn't have regenerated if his nucleus was obviously blown away.

That's not a very valid reason, since there have been multiple occasions when a character will blow away his opponent's remains despite the fact that the opponent is clearly dead. Take Bejiita and Gurudo for example, as Bejiita sliced his head clean off, yet still went and blasted the head away. Granted his head was still talking, but he made it quite clear that he was basically dead anyways.

Here's one I found while reading Dragon Ball last night.

When Kami takes the body of Shin, he keeps his same power level. Wouldn't the same apply for Ginyu in Goku's body?

Uh, Kami himself said that he was weaker in that guy's body. He said to himself something about how Piccolo shouldn't have had that much of an advantage against him, even though he had been using a weak human's body.

By the way, the name was "Shen." And that's just the Chinese pronunciation of "God" (like Shenlong, the Dragon God). "Kami" is the Japanese word for "God." So it was just a code name. That's how Goku figured out who he really was. :D
