What reasons do you have for assuming that his full power would be higher than a Super Saiyans?

Freeza expressly stated that his power grew hugely each time he transformed - the first time he basically doubled the output, and the second he was so strong that he outstripped Piccolo's top speed on a caprice, and by quite an amount. The third time he was so strong that he was serene, pompous, and presumptuous the whole time he combated Son Goku. So yes, I'd say a rather large spread would be in between transformations (perhaps as low as 50% and as high as double the output).

As for your battle powers, they give me pause a tad. I agree with all of them except Goku's base battle power (due to Goku being of equal range in power, but not so much so that Freeza wasn't boastful, toying, or/and uppity) and the Genki Dama - while the Genki Dama is not all about sheer power, it left him with a bleeding stump and visible eye damage. It could have also damaged his ability to maintain his full power for an extended period of time (considering that he did state he created his suppressions, or transformations, to conserve power).

Frieza was greatly weakened by Spirit Bomb, still managed to put up one of the closest fights in DBZ. Common sense says, if he had more health, he could have beaten Goku.

Also i put Goku's PL lower than Frieza by a considerable amount because i mean...come on! Frieza was toying with him, and even without his hands! Thats like saying Frieza beats/equals Goku with both arms tied around his back! lulz. Goku's PL might be a little stronger like 3,600,000 but nothing more.

Frieza wasn't as weak as Goku was. Both of them had the strength to walk and Frieza had enough power to kill Krillin and Injure Piccolo and still go on. Goku wasn't in the same condition. Goku SSJ > Frieza full power

Freeza was nowhere near as weakened as you seem to think he was. Besides, Goku took much more of a battering, so it's his power that should be higher.

Goku (after healing) > Frieza 4th form (initial). He blocked his death beams effortlessly. But when they start fighting, I think Frieza powered up a bit and they became about equal.

Frieza didn't power up. His death beams were obviously held back since he didn't think Goku was that much of a threat

This might look like a PL list, but i think 2x fits right for Frieza's transfo..suppressions. I also think that if Frieza wa not weakened by Spirit Bomb, he would be stronger than Goku Super Saiyan, with a PL of 424,000,000. Guess that was his fate.

I always thought Vegeta and Freeza were about equal (when Freeza's in his 1st form of course) but everyone has a different opinion.

I honestly think SS Goku could easily beat Freeza even if he wasn't weakened by the spirit bomb. Well, of course, I guess Goku might not have gone SS if not for the spirit bomb, but you get the idea. I think he was holding back pretty much the whole time.
