How strong is Piccolo as one being pre-dragonball

How strong does everyone think Piccolo is while hes one with Kami before splitting apart? Guru is surprised that Piccolo lost to Vegeta, thinking that he must of been a ssj to defeat him before finding out they split apart. Also Nail seems to think Piccolo as one being could have defeated 1st form Freeza. Personally I don't think those things were just thrown out there by Toriyama, so even though its weird that Piccolo and Kami would be in the hundreds after splitting I still think as one they were around at least 100,000 probably more. U can argue that after splitting they lost the ability to draw on all of their power and it didn't just split down the middle between the two.

I think Piccolo was around Zarbon's transformed level when they were one. Guru made it clear that they would've been able to handle the Saiyans if they were "one being", and I agree with that.

If Piccolo merged with Kami in the Saiyan saga, I could see him being around Freeza's first form power, and if he merged with Kami when he arrived on namek, I could see him beyond SSJ Goku or 100% Freeza. I know it sounds odd, but that's just me.

When Nail mentions his potential fusion with Kami, he says Piccolo "probably" would be strong enough, but I think he would be far beyond Freeza.

Well I believe that he would range around 20,000 possibly as Evil Vegeta said he could have handled the Saiyans.
