Nice job! To be honest, I can't really find that many mistakes in it. The only thing you might want to change is King Cold's supposed Full Power, see if he had that kind of power in him (And as far as he knows Trunks only dominated a VERY Suppressed Freiza) I think he would have tried to power up and see how he faired but the instant he saw Freiza (Who didn't show his real power yet) get slain he was scared and he thought the only way he could win was by taking Trunks' sword. Other than that I'd say everything is pretty much fine, or just purely opinionated. By the way are you doing the Movies any time soon?

That's why I made suppressed King Cold much stronger than suppressed Mecha Freeza. Neither can sense Chi, and Trunks would only need to be 1.2 - 1.25x stronger than Freeza to handle him the way he did. So King Cold woould assume he was a little stronger than SSj Trunks and could handle him with the sword. Besides, they were planning to double-team SSj Goku, so if King Cold was significantly weaker than Freeza, there wouldn't be much point in joining in the battle.

And I'm not doing the movies, it's way too hard to do levels for those. Thanks for the kind words!

No offence but i dont like this Pl at all .......But here is a tip Try making 17 and 18 closer ..While piccolo was fighting Cell ....16 said that he feels a power that could rival the both of you refering to the two of them wich proves that 17 isnt too far ahead of 18

No offence taken. And the problem is that with my list is that I wanted to be consistant with Piccolo's weights multiplier, meaning it's always a 20% reduction.

I suppose I could drop it after his merging with Kami-Sama so he's 450,000,000 powered up with weights, being a 10% reduction due to him becoming much stronger... that brings him up to 1.08x weaker than #17.

The problem is, Imperfect Cell is probably a decent amount weaker than #18... if I change Piccolo, I have to raise Cell.

What else don't you like about it? I welcome constructive criticism.

[EDIT] I could make it: Piccolo: 480, Cell: 420, #18: 450, #17: 525... but would it be okay for #18 to be 1.4x stonger than SSj Vegeta?

I understand it but maybe you should lower Piccolos weight Multplier....Because of this Quote it seems that the differnce is small

Here is how i would do it by using some random numbers....
17:220....
18:200...
Piccolo with weights:190....
Piccolo without weights:215.....since at almos at the end of the battel 17 said that he had to get serious so he was a bit stronger

With this Pl Piccolo would be abel to Challenge them and without he would be equal with 17

The difference bettwen 18 and SSJ vegeta Would be okey since i have them around there Myself....

lawl! I was hacked off when I found out, but I don't really care about that anymore. I don't mind if he borrows my list, I've pinched a few aspects from other people's lists.

I'm always gonna think Piccolo >= #17. Remember, they were even AFTER Piccolo dumped all those massive blasts on him.

This is a pretty good list. Even better then your previous one. The only thing I disagree with, is SSJ Mirai Trunks power when he fought Freeza. Now, the Androids kicked the crap out of him, and he was unconscious for about five days I believe.

I think his power should increase with that, and I just see him being above SSJ Goku before he arrived from Yardrat, that is. But all of the multipliers and things seem reasonable, and it's an impressive list.

To be honest, I've never thought about the possibility of Trunks' power increasing from that fight with the Androids. What if I put Trunks' power at around 144 before fighting the Androids and have it increase to 150? I've always taken Gohan's statement of Trunks having the same Chi as Goku on Namek as Toriyama stating their power levels are perfectly even, so I wouldn't put SSj Trunks ahead of SSj Goku on Namek.

Well, I consider SSJ Mirai Gohan being more powerful then SSJ Goku, and I think SSJ Mirai Trunks is around Gohan's power when he's finished training. That's why I think Trunks should at least be around 160-170,000,000. That's not a great difference, but SSJ Goku was quite weakened, so I think Trunks should be above that.
