Yep. But we didn't see any of them in the 23rd tournament, and the announcer said that they stopped showing up 'cause they'd always lose to Goku & his friends. The quality of competitors just went down over the years.

In truth, I'd like to make Hercule a bit higher, but since he almost died after Van Zandt shot him, I think 10 - 15 is most acceptable (maybe even pushing it, considering how strong Goku was at the start of Dragon Ball when bulelts bounced off him).

Well if he almost died after being shot I would think that he maybe a little bit weaker,(maybe 6-8) but I do like the number 12. 12 is probably good number for winning the tenkaichi budakai as he did.

You're using an "A+B" fusion method, meaning that when Goten and Trunks are fused together, their powers are simply added together to give a product power.

SSJ Gotenks is stated/implied to be stronger than SSJ3 Goku.

So your method doesn't work unless you think SSJ Goten and Trunks' powers added together will make them stronger than SSJ3 Goku.

I just said exactly what you said I'd have to say. I said that Trunks and Gote eac in SS form are 1/2 as strong as SS3 Goku, so it would work if they fused and they'd be stronger than SS3 Goku.

I can't read those parts, I don't have the manga.

Why can't Hercule be in the hundreds? Your just going in a circle of failing evidence here.

My logic before was perfect. Two SS1and1/2s=One SS3. If they just trained hard enough to gain half of the SS multiplier stronger than the average saiyan, it fits in perfect. Example=Let's just use the x50 multiplier, even if its not the true multiplier. Now the average Saiyan pl is like 1,000 (not really, these are pretty much random numbers) so if this 1,000 Saiyan can turn SS, he would be 50,000. Then he trains a little and gains 25, half of 50. Now he is 50,025. 50,025 x 2=SS3 pl. If Trunks and Goten surpass that then they can fuse to become stronger than SS3 Goku.

Do you know how many strong fighters have entereed that tournament? Do you remember Giran, Ranfan, Nam, Tien, and all the rest? Why would you just expect that there weren't any fighters as strong as them entering the 24th?

No. Tien was the strongest human fighter to ever enter the tournament.

Tien was most likely in the hundreds when he entered the Tenkaichi Budokais, and no human (excluding the Zet Senshi of course) has ever displayed anything to suggest they were near his level. Therefore suggesting Hercule or any other human reached and/or surpassed the hundred mark is ridiculous.

I agree. Hercule isn't even stronger then Videl, and she's far from 100 in my opinion.
