Kaiou-sama's statement is straightforward, and in no way indicates that he could use the Kaiou-ken to increase his battle power but still remain below double his battle power. He simply said that so that Gokuu wouldn't try to use the Kaiou-ken 3x, since his body hadn't been conditioned to handle that level of power.

I kno, I'm just saying it would sound a lot better. If he could only double his power then it would be kinda like saying "Don't go over singling your power" it just sounds better I'm saying. And there are many other issues that this theory would resolve also so it seems to fit in very well.

I'm not seeing any issues that your theory would solve, as everything involving the Kaiou-ken and its tiers is pretty much black and white.

Base: 8,000
Kaiou-ken/Kaiou-ken 2x: 16,000
Kaiou-ken 3x: 24,000
Kaiou-ken 4x: 32,000

That's how the manga describes it, so despite your beliefs, that's how it works.

What about how if Kaoken doubles power and the kaoken multiplies by the whole number Kaokenx2 can't exist???

We know that the Kaiô-Ken x 3 went over 21,000 (and the Daizenshuu lists it as 24,000, which is three times Goku's normal power level).

He's saying that because you've misspelled it in every post you've made regarding it. It is either "Kaio-ken", "Kaiô-ken", "Kaiôu-ken" or "Kaiou-ken". You constantly forget the "i" in it, which is an essential part of the spelling, since it is derived from North Kaiou-sama (King Kai).

USSJed, Bulma's scouter is seen going up to 21,000 then exploding, followed by it switching back to Gokuu powering up just a bit more then attacking. Judging by the pace that he was depicted powering up (according to Bulma reading out the numbers), he wouldn't have left the 30,000 range.
