Cell's potential, unmatched?
Considering how he's the sum of 5 different characters: 2 saiyajins, 1 namekian warrior and 2 changlings.
How powerful would he be if he got his potential unlocked by Daiokaioshin? I mean in comparison to Chou Gohan, Vegeto and so forth.

Changeling is a fan term btw. =/
But Cell's potential would be very high. Let's say Goku and Vegeta's potential is around Goku when he is a Ssj2 or Ssj3, somewhere between to play it neutral. I can't see Freeza and Cold having too much of a high potential personally, they'll be SSj 3rd grade, maybe Mastered Super Saiyan? Piccolo's potential is probably somewhere around a Mastered Super Saiyan. I'm not good with levels, but Cell's potential should come out to above SSj3, below Ultimate Gohan.

Didn't Goku's potential + Vegeta's potential spwan the potential of Vegeto? Which, when not even reached surpassed Gohan's.

It's never said that Cell has hidden powers waiting to be released. And there's no hint that he does. With Gohan it showed. Potential is something a bit different.

Well his zenkai was enormous, making him reach Ssj2. The result of 2 zenkai at once perhaps (Goku's and Vegeta's).

Firstly can he get it unlocked? Is he even able to reach a higher power than his Perfect form. If he were to absorb anyone else, would that increased his PL at all?
