Both are entirely different; one is used in bursts, while the other is a constant power-up. The only time I believe there was a combination of the two, was in movie #4 against Slug. That Gigi SSJ seemed like it to me, but outside of that, never.

Goku can barely use Kaioken x20 at BASE, or even hold any Kaioken for a long period of time.

In Super Saiyan?!

He'd be exhausted.

I think I wrote a theory like this once. Except I didn't say that anyone was using kaio-ken with super saiyan, but that super sayain was some sort of evolution of kaio-ken.

SSJ is totally different from Kaioken. However nice ideas. Also why would Goku use Kaioken now that he has Super Saiyan It's better especially when he's got SSJ2 and SSJ3 so why would he use a Technique that is less efficient? That's a pretty good explanation for why he didn't use Kaioken after Freiza.

Fine, he's not using the Kaoken as an SSJ. I just like to spice the forum up with crazy new ideas, unlike Daizenshuu forum.....

The problem with this is that everything about DBZ has pretty much already been discussed several times over. Keep in mind how old the series is.

Of course not...Firstly Goku was exhaust enough, he could not use 20x Kaoken anew. So how he could use Super Saiyan with addon Kaoken?? Like said Madness "I don't think it's possible."
