chi-chi is stronger than tenshinhan.

after all she used a kaioken aura In the garlic jr arc which means she has trained under lord kaio.
she also got hit by goku {by accident}. and only suffered a broken arm. a hit like that would brake many of tenshinhans bones and those bones would slice through his internal organs killing ihm.

The Androids from both era's are exactly equal in power. Here's why:

After Trunks fights with the present timeline Androids, he states that his weren't nearly as powerful. Okay: Android #17 stated that he used less then half of his full-power against SSJ Gohan, and we know SSJ Trunks is more or less, equal to Gohan, or possibly weaker.

Once Trunks arrives back to go against the Androids, #17 tell's #18 that they'll have one less toy to play with once she wipes him out. Now, Trunks believes they aren't so strong because he managed to survie his battle against them, when in fact, #17 pretty much states that they looked at him as nothin more then a toy. So the Androids could've been exerting the amount of effort they used against SSJ Gohan.

Android #18 told Vegeta that they were both holding back, and after she says this, she proceeds to thrash him pretty good. Trunks tries to intervene, but #17 knocks his ass down, and then #18 throws Vegeta into Trunks, and his battle is pretty much over. So, #18 did hold back, but she exerted more effort then she was initially. So I believe with all of that, we can conclude that the Future Androids like to joke around more, instead of using a lot of power.

So with that, we can conclude:

Present Androids=Future Androids

That's just a theory, though. I could be very off.

Meh I might as well give it a go.

Kid Buu is stronger than Super Buu, SSj3 Goku is stronger than Ultimate Gohan. First of all I will elaborate on why Ultimate Gohan is weaker than SSj3 Goku. First of all, the Elder Kai wasn't trying with the ritual, he was holding back, performing a lazy job. You can clearly see this when he goes to fight Super Buu, and starts to fail after Super Buu absorbs Gotenks and Piccolo. Ssj3 Goku, however, was much more succesful against Kid Buu than Ultimate Gohan was towards Super Buu w/Piccolo and Gotenks. This means, Kid Buu and Ssj3 Goku are stronger than Super Buu and Ultimate Gohan.

Also, if you note, Kid Buu destroys the Earth, entire planet. Something Super Buu never did, this clearly shows he outranks Kid Buu. My theory on why he is more powerful in a smaller form is similar to the transformations of Freeza and Ultra/Mastered Super Saiyans. First of all, Freeza's fourth form is stronger yet smaller than his third form, this is because he managed to supress all the strength caused by the bulkness of his previous forms a form not largely bigger than his first, this is Freeza mastering all his forms. Again, this is seen through Ultra Super Saiyan forms, and the bulkness of the different grades being included, and more, into a form not too un-similar to a Super Saiyan form before ascending up the grades... this is a Mastered Super Saiyan. Thus, Kid Buu is cleary a Mastered Majin. All the strength of the bigger Super Buu is kept within a smaller size. Kid Buu.
