I'm sorry if someone has already said this, but Bardock is cannon. The way he was portraiyed in the special is not cannon but he is mentiomed in the manga. His 10,000 pl was non-cannon, so he might be weaker than Nappa, but we can never be sure.

Anyway guys. It's not a movie, its a TV Special.

TV Specials are canon in the anime universe. But not in the manga.

Bardock is manga canon, but the TV Special is only anime canon.
