Cell and Vegeta are far better. Frieza is bold when he is in fact 2152136523152 times stronger than his opponent. As soon as his opponent is stronger than him, he starts acting like a complete sisy, as he really is.

Yeah, the original Freeza is cool, but I like the english version one for some reason. His girl voice just makes him seem less dangerous, when in fact, he's psychotic.

By the way, Cell & Vegeta acted like sissies when they faced more powerful opponents as well. Cell tried to blow up the planet twice, ran from Piccolo, and whined to Vegeta so he could absorb Android #18. Vegeta tried to blow up the planet when he was powerless against Goku; he even complained about how it shouldn't be possible.

Cell is a duplicate of Freeza anyway, so he's not even original.

Yea, but Cell also has cells of Piccolo, Goku and Vegeta. That makes him better by default. Actually Cell only acted like a sisy cos of Frieza's cells(I think this was even stated...).

Vegeta didn't act like a sisy. He only taunted Goku to rival his attack, because if he dodges it will destroy the earth. It is much like what he did with final flash.

That doesn't make Cell better, just more unoriginal. The best villains were Freeza & Piccolo Daimao, because they were original, and weren't creations like Cell & Majin Buu were. Cell uses everyone else's attacks, he's just a simple clone.

Cell has his own personality as well. He's intelligent, has good appearance and voice, and his saga was the most exciting, has greatest plot and has a lot of new things(Goku not being a main hero for example).

Great things about Frieza saga: Goku turning SSJ, and thats about all -_-

The same can be said about the Cell saga. What was the highlight of it? Gohan turning SSJ2, and that's about all. I like the Cell saga, but it isn't nearly as epic as the Freeza saga, just guys going through the rosat, and takin turns fighting one guy.
