A nice video. I pretty much agree with all of the powerlevels, though I think you should add a few things.

Raditz mentioned he wasn't using his full power durring his fight with Goku and Piccolo.

I also think you should add something for the Kamehameha when it was fully charged.

The intro seems waaay too long IMO. Whats with the crazy technicolour thing before each PL reading? I thought you would put the PL there and just throw in some random facts like height, weight, race, age etc
