Four chapters later, his hairstyle changes to this.

Much later in Chapter Twenty Eight, his new hairstyle is as followed.

Now look at three of Gohan's hairstyles in the order they appear in.

Factors like this can make Gohan one of the most influenced characters in the whole of Dragonball.

Toriyama himself admits that he recycles character designs. Hell, he makes fun of himself in Neko Majin Z 4 for that. Z's friend says to Mr. Boo, "You look just like him. You even have the same character designs!"

And yes Akria recylces designs almost all the dbz characters.

Either before hand or afterwards he had used or reused them.

or Yamcha is actually 1/2 saiyan and gohan is his son.
