I believe Cell is a Super Saiyan in a sense. In his powered forms he wields SSj-like aura's and has SSj-like power, along with attributes. This can be seen when he recieves the Zenkai after his near-death experience. He's not completely a Super Saiyan, but he holds the DNA of the power within his body and exhibits similar aura's to the SSj-transformation line up until that point in the series.

Aside from the Super Saiyan, does anybody think that Cell can become an Oozaru? You'd think so considering his genetics, but since the Oozaru was never mentioned after Gohan last transformed, it's probably just something else that Toriyama forgot about.

I believe Cell is a Super Saiyan. I mean there is the whole afterlife scene where Cell doesn't have an aura but perhaps he powered down. He has shown the ability to regress in his version of SSJ Transformations. Basically I think that Cell (When fighting Goku) was basically a normal SSJ. Then he powered up to his Power-weighted form, so yes I believe he is a SSJ, well at least his transformations are the equivalent in my opinion.
P.S: Darthvenom I read your fanfic and I give it 4.5/5 great job.

...and Cell being able to turn Oozaru is plausible when backed up with. His cell's are capable of regeneration just like Piccolo's so they must have Saiyan transformation cells too, in his tail. It may not look like a Saiyan hairy fluffy tail but it's a tail a muscle and that's where cells are. When they are touched by high doses of Blutz Wave; BAM! Oozaru. If you believe this you must believe Cell is a Super Saiyan and visa versa.

Cell Game PL's must be in the megabillions. Because Semiperfect Cell was stronger than SSJ imperfect Cell. And then he went SSJ after that, and Base Perfect Cell was stronger than THAT.

I guess you could say cell's transformations are like a super saiyan transformation like imperfect cell form 1 would be giji (false) super saiyan, imperfect cell form 2 would be Super Saiyan and perfect cell would be Super saiyan 2.
