Ki Manipulation

Ok,here is another thread about Ki Manipulation.
We know that there are many ways of manipulating Ki.
Which ones do you prefer best?

Beam attacks.
Sphere attacks.
Explosion attacks.
Cutter attacks.
Power up.(Kaio-ken)
Sheild.
Kiai.(pushing)

If Telekinesis is a form of Ki manipulation then you can put it in!
I would like to make a poll,but im not sure how to do it.

You can use ki like force in star wars(to push, pull...)

Sphere attacks - especially the one handed ones where one arm guides the blasting arm.

lol Yeah I got carried away... anyways I'm trying to find a picture of Zarbon firing a blast one handed while hold his arm down with his free hand. Those type of shots looks epic!

Piccolo Daimao fires his Makosen attack just like Zarbon's beam attack. Those are like the best ones in my opinion as well.
