Mr Buu's raw power

Alright I am really confused as to the pure power output of Mr Buu. Disregarding absorption, skill, Buu's fragileness, regeneration etc, where would you place Mr Buu in comparison to the other Majin Saga characters?

Yup. Pre ROSAT SSJ Gotenks was weaker than SSJ2 Gohan in the Cell Games I think

People have said that Mr Boo is weaker than himself before he created the Boo of Pure Wrath. I however, have yet to see any evidence to prove this.

I'd say Mr. Buu>=SSJ2 Goku since he did do better than Vegeta slightly without his Regeneration but there's a fairly big gap between SSJ2 Goku & SSJ2 Non-Majin Vegeta but I'll say Mr. Buu is a bit stronger than SSJ2 Goku.

It seemed to me the only reason Mr Buu did any good against Kid Buu was because of regeneration. Also, Kid Buu's power did not drop after he spat out Mr Buu, so who's to say that Mr Buu is weaker than Fat Buu?
