I agree with everything you said. However, Android #16 can't read hidden power, because he thought Vegeta was more powerful then Cell, and Cell was suppressing most of his power.

Just judging from the emphasis and how the fight went, it looks like Piccolo is slightly ahead, but loses from infinite energy androids.

BTW, is it android or cyborg in japanese?

Android #16 states this before Super Vegeta even uses the Final Flash attack.

Android #16: Cell did get much stronger. But Vegeta's still better then him at everything.

It was when Cell was warming up against Super Vegeta.

#16 says that Piccolo with weights "nearly rivals" #17 and #18. Meaning he's weaker than them with his weights on. #17 and #18 then later say that Piccolo was equal to #17 without his weights. Of course, this is before #17 claims to "get serious." Keep in mind that the future #17 claimed to be using less than half of his full power against Gohan, so it's clear that the Jinzôningen can hold back power.

So, in my opinion, #17 (full power)>Piccolo=#17 (holding back)>Piccolo (wearing weights)

Anyway, "Jinzôningen" is an all-purpose term that applies to all of the "androids." The "jinzô" portion means "man-made," "synthetic," or "artificial," while the "ningen" portion simply means "human." So they're man-made humans.

#16 is fully robotic.
#17 is a cyborg, which is a human that is enhanced with robotic parts (that's how #18 can have a baby, because she is mostly human).
#18 is a cyborg.
#19 is fully robotic.
#20 is fully robotic except for Dr. Gero's human brain, so he's technically a cyborg...

16, Piccolo, 17, 18, and Tien . Ok I know they are all less advanced then cell . Tien held 2nd form cell back, couln't he cause some damage to 1st form cell?

Yes I know Cell Would heal but That shinkikoho would be devestating to 1st form cell.

Also have you ever wondered if the shinkikoho could have destroyed 17 or 18?

oh well Piccolo really should have defeated 17.

His full power blast against cell would have defeated 17.

Also the hellzone grenade could destroy him if he hadn;t thrown up a force field.

oh wow that's a new idea, why couldn;t 17 just throw up his forse field when cell tried to absorb him?

Ok, interesting idea. If Tien's Kikoho could hold back Cell, I reckon it works like this.

#19: Would absorb the attack. But if he could not for whatever reason, #19 is fucked

Frieza: Blown to pieces
Super Saiyan Goku(Namek): Goku is straight up dead.

Super Saiyan Vegeta(Android Saga): Smushed
