Goku age at the beggining was 12.
He then during the red ribbon army hits 13
16 when fighting against Tien and Piccolo
19 when fighting Piccolo Jr
24 when Raditz came
25 when Turned to Super Saiyan

You see it's impossible that Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta 30 years ago .
I think it was 20 years ago but I like to thing the 3 years because then Bardock would be alive during Kakarot's Quest on earth.

I agree, it doesn't make any sense. The way I see it, it's actually a canon plothole. Raditz says one thing while Freeza says another, and both of them are way off from eachother.

Goku isn't even thirty when he became a Super Saiyan, which was stated to be about 30 years after Vegeta was destroyed.

I looked in the Japanese manga, Raditz doesn't mention a number of years at all. He only says that Planet Vegeta was destroyed by a meteor.

And Freeza said "about 30 years ago." That isn't exact.

Again, Freeza said "about 30 years ago." 25 years is "about 30 years."

And Planet Vegeta was destroyed the day Goku was sent to Earth, according to the TV special.

Exactly half as slow?

Also my scanlated 1st volume has Goku saying he is 14, and I think that was a scanned real manga not a scanned japanese then translated one

They don't age slower at all... They just stay young looking longer.

And he later admits that he was really 12, he just didn't know how to count when he said he was 14.

But how do they look? Young so they age slower...TBH I think saiyans would be like in their 90's when they get there first gray hair...

TV Special is filler.

On manga we only know some quotes :

"30 years i killed them all except Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz" - Lier. Its just because its around 25.

"When I attacked the homeworld of the Saiyan and fought King Vegeta, I didn't even have to transform and I easily won! Your father was nothing Vegeta" "Don't be fooled by that. I was stronger than the kid when I was still a brat!"

"Damn . The planet Vegeta was destroyed some time ago because of Saiyan resistance"

"He looks like the Saiyan who resisted until the end.. When I destroyed Planet Vegeta."

If you're referring to the manga TV special is filler but its canon in the anime (its the movies that aren't)
