Even if they trained for years with Kaiosama or in the ROSAT, I highly doubt that they'd even be able to top 2 million. No human (except 17 and 18 who are a modified humans) even came close to 1,000,000.

Tien might have got up to 500,000 with all the independent training that he did, but that's nothing compared to Goku and Vegeta.

Well, the answer is simple, they can't even if they were to train 1,000,000 years they couldn't. Just like, even if a normal human trains for 200 years, he'll never be able to match the speed of a cheetah. It's logic, saiyans and humans are to different species, saiyans bodies are made for battle, it's not the case for human. Nature prevents them to access that kind of power.

I agree that the rate of Saiya-jin improvement is far greater than that of human's (even though Human are more creative regarding abilities) but I disagree with saiyajinperfection when he/she says that a human would train in the RoSaT/king kai's and would not top 2 million. That's very exaggerated. I'd go so far as to say that Tien is at 850,000 when he faced imperfect cell. He's not that far off. And you people keep assuming (and it really ticks me off) that the humans remained in the same level after they beat the ginyu force. YEARS pass and humans ALSO improve don't assume they hit a wall and stopped improving because that's unfair.

granted they're not nearly a fraction as strong as goku or vegeta but they are strong I'd say that Krillin and Tien have surpassed the million and are at around 4 mil by the end of Z. A wild claim yes but your claims are also wild when you assume that they haven't improved a bit since their encounter with the Ginyu. Hell if Tien never fought cell you would've assumed he was still at that level.

Goku being Saiyan doesn't have that much pertinence by full intents and means. Look at Piccolo - he goes from being Nappa's inferior to projecting a bukujutsu in his aura output that impresses Nail (by his own admission) within a relatively short span. I should also note that there was no immediate, glaring threat once Freeza was dealt away with, and Tenshinhan does pronounce his ineptitude without aloofness (though with some abashment) during the Cell Saga Arc with his refusal to labor in the RosaT.

But I'd still say it just takes fervid devotion, application of incentive, and patience to become meritoriously strong in the Dragon universe, even for humans. Even if this may not reach Super Saiyan capacity, this does not go without merit.

For an argument like that to work, Tien's Kikoho must be of the following strength...

If Semiperfect Cell was 300,000,000,000
Kikoho is x600,000 users power level

If Semiperfect Cell was 30,000,000,000
Kikoho is x60,000 users power level

If Semiperfect Cell was 3,000,000,000
Kikoho is x6000 users power level

3 Billion was the lowest I could get Semiperfect Cell to before it started to get unconvincing...

Why is it that people refuse to believe Tien is in the millions, I gave evidence in a previous topic (name=forgotten...), and it makes much more sense for Tien to be 1,000,000+ (or a lot more, like 100,000,000+) than something like 120,000+

The only way to make the Neo Tri Beam anywhere close to a reasonable increase is to put Tien in the hundred millions, and that would put him around Super Saiyan strength, which is laughable.

The Kikoho can be explained easily.

It's more powerful than the user.

Who cares by what amount? At that point, DBZ wasn't made with power levels in mind, so the calculations are gonna be a little squiff.

I use the additive system not the multiplier system. That could be it.

Also, many, many, power level lists have SSJ Whoever at like 600,000,000 or something, why is it then laughable for Tien to reach 300,000,000?

And, Tien might not be stronger than Krillin in the Android Saga.

Edit: Well we could also just say that Semiperfect Cell was 30,000 times stronger than Tien instead of 30,000x stronger than "120,000"

The amount matters because in light of the lack of concrete evidence we must use whatever circumstantial evidence we can to detirmine the possible powerlevel of a human Z Fighter

Because he's a human, and the Saiyans are using a legendary transformation to increase their power.

Piccolo surpassed it did he not, and I know that Tien surpassed Early DBZ Piccolo, so possibly Tien could surpass SSJ as well.

It is possible that he did, try to look at this with an open mind. If it is the multiplier theory for SSJ, then perhaps Tien did not surpass Goku, but otherwise, it is entirely possible that Base Goku is eventually say, 100 million, and Tien could quite believably be 75 million
