Kid Buu isn't the strongest Buu, just the most dangerous of them. You have to give SSJ Gotenks more credit then SSJ2 power, which is very weak. He wouldn't even be able to damage Super Buu with that power.

Kid Buu isn't the strongest of the Buus... he's one of the weakest...

His base form alone is stronger than Gokuu or Bejiita's Ssj2 battle power, as he was able to do battle and survive against Fat Buu (he failed, but that part doesn't matter) which was shown by Bejiita and later established by Gokuu as being something that no Ssj2 would be able to do.

It wasn't a filler scene per say, just a mis-dubbed one, as the collective scene appears in the manga as well as the anime, but in the manga he just says "most dangerous" in relation to his utter lack of control and pure madness.

SSJ Vegito wasn't shown to be destroying planets either, it doesn't mean he can't.

The only advantage Kid Buu has is Instant Transmission.

If Vegeta (18,000) likely had enough power to destroy the planet, any powerful enemy after that can do it.

It doesn't matter, any form above Super Buu is definitely stronger than Kid Buu, and there's dozens of topics on it.
