Default training intensity
I want to see how hard you think the z-fighters trained during certain times.

On a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the lightest training, and 5 being the most intense training. Put 0 if you don't think they trained at all.

About ROSAT trainings: I think everyone except Goku would receive 5. I would give him 4.5 there since it seemed to me that he was more focusing on Gohan than himself.
