-Goku was playing with Boo, by his own admission: "I don't have time to play with you" (Addressing Boo). And he was clearly not going all-out.

-Piccolo interrogates Goku until he admits: "I don't know if I could have beaten him,". Piccolo says "You don't KNOW?! You didn't try?!" ("Try" is the key-word here).

-Goku clearly states: "I wanted to give the kids a chance,".

Could it be that since he wasn't even trying, and that he wanted to give the new generation a chance (actual viz line, check for yourself) SSJ3 Goku is far superior to Fat Boo???

I'd like if you didn't jump on the assumption that I believed Fat Boo's power level ever surpassed, or even equaled, SSJ3 Goku's. I'm personally going on the theory, a theory I had long before this thread, that Majin Boo's full power would equal Shin Boo's full power if he powered up to the fullest.

I don't think so. I think its stated that Mr.Buu wasn't simple absorption like Gohan and others while Goku and Vegeta were inside his head.

Fat Buu(full power) = Wraith Buu + Mr.Buu

Super Buu =/= (>>>) Wraith Buu + Mr.Buu

You don't gain power from simply switching personalties. Evil Boo absorbing Mr. Boo, he switched personalities, only consisting of pure rage, so Fat Boo's inner power was fully awaken, forming Super Boo.

You can't really use that kind of logic on Buu.

For example: Good Buu is pure good, and Wraith Buu didn't get his power lowered like Buff Buu did...

Buff Buu lost his power when he absorbed Fat Kai cos Kai was pure good.

Good Buu is also pure good like Kai, and Wraith Buu didn't get his power lowered after he ate him, like Buff Buu did.

Actually, that isn't the reason why Buff Boo lost power, but why he became more tamable for Bibbidi to control.

Good Boo is a completely different story, as he is a Boo, while the Great Lord of Lords was not. I still have no idea what you're getting at.

Aku Boo split from Majin Boo, absorbing him, thus making Majin Boo, Shin Boo, only consist of pure rage, more suited for battling, as he does not need to become angry to access his power as his form consists of only pure rage.

Super Buu gained whole new body, like Cell, which means that his power can be completely different and higher than by means of simple absorption(as he said), For example like Perfect Cell's power >>>>>>>> Semi Perfect Cell + #18.

He doesn't say why. He doesn't even state he lost power, all that happened after absorbing the Kai was Bibbidi being able to control Boo, so he possibly didn't get any weaker.

Absorbing Fat Boo wasn't a simple absorption, which is why Super Boo can access the latent power of Fat Boo. Super Boo >>>>> Aku Boo + Good Boo.

I'm not sure if you are refering to Japanese manga, cos I think that in Viz its stated that he lost power.
However even without manga statment he surely did get weaker. Look:

Buff Buu > Super Buu

Buff Buu = Kid Buu + South Kaioshin

Fat Buu(without power loss) = Buff Buu + Fat Kaioshin.

So Fat Buu(without power loss) >> Super Buu, and thats clear contradiction.

I don't know what power of Fat Buu are you referring at. The power you think Fat Buu has is an assumption since we never saw him to be stronger after he released his power against Vegeta. IMO he released his full power there and kept it later during his fight with SSJ3 Goku.
