How strong was Piccolo post CoSat?

I have only a crappy scanlation to go by, I wonder could anyone either post the actual page or tell me exactly what Goku says? It's like the most important line for Piccolo and they screwed it up. Is it...

Goku "Wow Piccolo, you sure have gotten stronger"
Piccolo "Tell me the truth, have I truely gotten stronger, or are you lying?"
Goku "Actually you haven't improved much"

Well I'd say Piccolo was stronger than ASSJ Vegeta at The Cell Games.

I would love to think that, except that this terrible translation has Goku saying Piccolo has not improved very much... I hope the actual manga is completely different.

I'm a Piccolo fanboy, so I'll probably give him more than he deserves, but I'd say more than 1.7X stronger than ASSJ Vegeta after the ROSAT.

In The Buu Saga I'd say Piccolo is equal to a Cell Jrn in strength

He's on similar level as Perfect Cell(suppressed), who's on similar level as 50% MSSJ Goku. If he was not on similar level as Perfect Cell(suppressed), he wouldn't have asked Goku weather he stands a chance.

Nope, Piccolo never reaches Perfect Cells Power In DBZ.

Maybe in GT he is as powerful as supressed Perfect Cell, but who cares.

I already gave you proof that he had reached similar power as Perfect Cell(suppressed). Piccolo isn't an idiot as you have him a few times. If he hasn't reached Cells suppressed power he wouldn't ask Goku weather he stands a chance against his full power, cos obviously he realised Cell wasn't at full power when he was fighting Trunks and Vegeta.
