Hold on a second, werent they all told to supress their power levels by the supreme kai? therefore Dabura was killing at random. Piccolo and Krillin got killed because they were useless in the buu saga, on the other hand Goku, Gohan and Vegeta were major players.

Pretty much true. The fact that Dabura thought that Pui Pui would do any damage to Vegeta tells us that he had absolutely no idea about their power. So Dabura isn't reliable at all.

I think he is to some degree...supreme kai told them all to supress their power level so that they dont figure them out...and dabura was still able to sense that they are on the mountain and that they are all strong with three of them being special.

Dabura does suck at sensing power. He didn't attack at random, though. He stated that three of them had great potential, and Babi told him to get rid of the others. He knew who to attack, and who to not attack.

When Goku goes SSJ, Dabura doesn't even say his power increased. He only thought he was glowing. That's why he's not good at it.

Excatlly what i was thinking he sensed that three of them had a big potential....so since they where all in supressed state going by the sayian potential he killed the rest....

I would say that Piccolo after the rosat is Perfect Cell's powerlevel while fighting Vegeta and trunks. Piccolo would have felt this Tip of the Ice berg level and would have trained to reach it as close as possible. Though very powerful , and a big improvement , nothing in comparriosn to perfect Cell's hidden power.

This formula works for it.

Piccolo+Kami= x

Cell after human life extracts = (at least) 2x

Cell after merge with 17= (at least) 4x

Cell Perfect playing around with trunks vegeta= (slightly above) 8x

Piccolo after Room of spirit and time= (about) 8x

I seriously doubt Piccolo gained that much power. He powered-up, but he knew he was still nothin to Cell before he even saw him power-up at all. Piccolo is above Semi Cell, but nowhere near Perfect Cell in my opinion.

I doubt that he could reach the level of perfect cell or semi cell since he didnt have a training partner with him...

Piccolo = SSJ Vegeta (Cell Games)

IMO that's the strongest he got by the end of DBZ.

Well back in the Saiyan Saga, by training by himself and later with Gohan(which like Gohan in the Time Chamber, would actually slow Piccolo down) he increased in power by 8.75x, and it seems that the Namekian's best way of increasing power is to meditate, which means perhaps he could pull off such a feat once more
