first of all Goku said that he has powered up greatly.

Then Piccolo asks Goku weather he stands a chance against Cell, now that he has powered up greatly. So he was definitely at Cells' suppressed level, or otherwise it would be really stupid of him to ask the question he asked, and if I may remind you, Piccolo is a very intelligent person, especially after he fused with Kami... Now we know that anyone can deduce that Cell wasn't using his full power against Vegeta, judging from his chi. So Piccolo asked Goku weather he stands a chance against his full power, and Goku says that he does not.

Piccolo just got owned by Imperfect Cell, and now he's suddenly at Cell's suppressed level? Not at all. He's more powerful then Semi Cell, and possibly Vegeta & Trunks as USSJ, but that's it.

Your point is false. Gohan went from being far less than 50,000,000, to being stronger than MSSJ Goku.

By you there is no chance that Gohan could get that strong. Well there is one little word that explains it all - PLOT.

Well actually Piccolo didn't "Ask" Goku if he stood a chance he said: "Why don't you just say it, I've become much stronger but I still can't do much against Cell" Piccolo figured Goku would tell him what he already knew (Which is that he couldn't beat Cell) however in the Buu Saga I think he reached that level.

Maybe you have missed that the same Namek got much higher increase from training in 3 years in android saga, than all other saiyans with "bottomless potential"

He is around ASSJ Vegeta (1st rosat). Goku says he still doesn't stand a chance against Perfect Cell (suppressed). But he's clearly above Semi-Perfect Cell.
