That 3x increase is just a mere interpretation. You seriously can't use the kiri meter to demonstrate any real basis in the multiplier at all. Neither were measured before that, so no one can be 100% about anything.

There's even more then that. I don't remember anyone really starting out using a large amount of power that many times.

Cell actually did, a couple times.

Yakkon needed dark to shorten the battle. If Goku was only at 7.5% of his power he would finish the battle in 2 sec.

The fact that Babadi believes he needs outside assistance and tricks shows that he was. There would be no need for any of that if he could just power up and take down Goku, who you claim to be around 60.

No, Babidi simply likes to give his fighters the edge. Babidi really thought that Yakon would WTFPWN Goku.

Again, there's nothing to suggest that Yakon or Goku were at their full powers. They could've easily been testing eachother at the start of that exchange.

Funny because you think Babadi would help Yakon if Yakon hadn't even shown a 10th of his power yet.

Everything points to Yakon being at full power, you're only denying it to keep the multiplier at 50x.
