Why should I? If anyone disagrees with me about the difference between 18 and Vegeta being far lower than 1.5 he may say so. If there is enough people who think that difference is not far smaller than 1.5x I'll make the topic.

First of all, I haven't seen you in Tv.Com at all.

You must be really blind to see that he beat me in any way.

All of the SSJ were powerless against #18 anyway, so she doesn't need to exert her full-power.
There is nothin #18 did in that entire battle that shows she used full-power.

Vegeta: "Oh... Go ahead then. If you're not serious now, you'll regret it."
#18: "Alright..."
And then she charges and hits Vegeta with her head.

Evil Vegeta:

Android #18 raised her power, but that doesn't mean it was to maximum. Vegeta even countered a couple of her attacks a bit later, and even knocked her down. That would mean the difference between her and Vegeta isn't significant at all.

Me:

When you are serious that means that you are fighting with full power. Why would she wanted to toy after she had toyed with him? What makes you think that if she could she wouldn't knock out Vegeta in one or two blows, like she(and 17) did to Trunks and others? The important reason for Vegeta losing the battle was that he can't fight with full power 4ever like 18 can, as Piccolo nicely said. Why else would 17 not allow 18 to beat them all, if she was so much more powerful than Vegeta in first place.

Thats why I have him close to 18.

Right back on topic, base fusions.....pretty weak to be honest by their over rated standards.

Super Perfect Cell > Base Gotenks (Pre and Post ROSAT)

Base Gogeta > SSJ2 Majin Vegeta (Just Slighty)

Super Buu > Base Vegito

Well, finally back on topic lol:

I have already said what I think about it:

The difference in chi between fat and Super Buu is very little in the beginning of fusion saga. First of all we see that Krillin couldn't see the difference in chi. Then we have Piccolo who only states that his chi and body have become better for fighting, not his power level, and we see that Goku wasn't near worried when Super Buu shouted, as he was when he and Vegeta had to fight him. Also we know that SSJ Gotenks raped Super Buu, and if Super Buu was on level he was against SSJ3 Gotenks,SSJ Gotenks's Super Ghost bla bla bla attack wouldn't even faze him. Also we have Piccolo's statment where base Gotenks stands a chance against Buu, and if Super Buu was on power level he was against SSJ3 Gotenks, it would be totally impossible for Piccolo to believe base Gotenks might stand a chance.
All this indicates that Super buu wasn't at full power when he shouted for the first time.

"Piccolo even said RIGHT AFTER GOTENKS HIT SUPER BUU: "......We're doomed....." "

He said "Or maybe he doesn't stand a chance"

This is obviously cos he realised that Super Buu was hiding some power.Also this doesn't mean that this is the judgment for power level. He could have said that only cos they suck in fighting and they are arrogant and aren't serious, use fancy techniques that don't do anything good.

So:
Super Buu(suppressed)>=Fat Buu - By Piccolo.

Super Buu(suppressed by the same amount as before)>= base Gotenks(post ROSAT) - again by Piccolo.

So:
base Gotenks(post ROSAT) ~ Fat Buu >> SSJ2 Goku.
