This is obviously cos he realised that Super Buu was hiding some power.Also this doesn't mean that this is the judgment for power level. He could have said that only cos they suck in fighting and they are arrogant and aren't serious, use fancy techniques that doesn't do anything good.

So:
Super Buu(suppressed)>=Fat Buu - By Piccolo.

Super Buu(suppressed by the same amount as before)>= base Gotenks(post ROSAT) - again by Piccolo.

So:
base Gotenks(post ROSAT) ~ Fat Buu >> SSJ2 Goku.

I beg to differ, if I may be so bodacious. Look at the reaction Piccolo gives off and look at how Goku is panicky at the mere thought of even combating the new Boo (the unaltered one). Boo's chi wasn't just re-arranged (as it would be if even the slightest power jump was made), he was in another universe of power. The issue with Kuririn was probably just an inadvertent flub.

The Boo of Wrath didn't just absorb the Good Boo, they meshed psychologically. It was a new transformation of sorts. But furthermore, look at what happens in the RoSaT - Gotenks gets thoroughly owned and it takes him SSj 3-sized power just to equal Shin Boo for a few scant moments. Only when Ultimate Gohan comes around is blood even drawn. Yes, Boo was holding back, but this doesn't mean that he was so weak that he was only at the power output the Fat Boo was giving off (considering we never know his unknown roof power).

As for whether he's stronger or weaker than the original, unaltered Boo, that's a matter of interpretation. Goku was confident that he could beat the original Boo without the chi drain of SSj 3, whereas he spoke with the Fat Boo with a reserved tone (attempting to guage said roof). It depends on how you take the statements and his attitude to heart.

I never said that Super Buu - full power is only little stronger than Fat Buu. I only said that Super Buu - full power suppressed is only little stronger than Fat Buu.

And I dont remember that I've ever said that Anger(Wrath/Evil) Buu + Good Buu = Super Buu. Super Buu is far more than that.

Ofc. I do consider what Goku said to be true(SSJ3 Goku(serious) >> Fat buu). I dont base my trust on interpretations which differ the logical meaning of quote.

18 doesn't praise weaklings, and you should know that. She didn't for once said that SSJ Vegeta(android saga) is strong who was pretty close to her, but he said that Mighty Mask hits very hard, though his arms are small.

And this is not counting that the boys couldn't fight at full potential, cos of their position.

1.5 means that she could fight Vegeta with one hand and no effort.
