What are you on? Gohan says that he wasn't at full power. He felt Freeza's full power. Freeza didn't show any signs of powering up.

That's from the Daizenshuu? hell, these guys are giving you quotes straight from the manga. The Daizenshuu isn't a reliable source, it doesn't even place Raditz and the Saibamen at the same level when it was stated they were equal.
