Disregarding the fact that we don't know the power levels for Zarbon, Vegeta, Goku, or Butta during their fights, there still is no evidence showing that a character that is twice as strong is twice as fast. Who says you have to be twice as fact to get the jump on them?

As already pointed out, Goku doesn't actually travel when he uses the technique. As Lustoid said, when traveling from point A to Z, he goes straight to Z, instead of passing through B to Y.

^Both examples fail for obvious reasons:

-Burter's specialty is speed and Goku STILL dodged his blows (Being less than 2x stronger than him) Some fighters aren't into power. It just means Burter followed a diet and training program to specialize in velocity. Not only that, he's a mutant and may have been genetically altered.

-USSJ Trunks example means nothing: The form is stated to decrease speed due to an excess in muscle mass.

Nice try, but Vegeta already told Kiwi that his speed increased as his power-level did.

I'm going to explain the basis of relativity for you all.

It takes an infinite amount of energy to accelerate matter to lightspeed.
At lightspeed, the mass of the matter is infinite.
At lightspeed, the object loses a dimension since when reaching relativistic velocities an object loses length, and at lightspeed the length is divided by infinity. Which means no length, hence loses a dimension.
Time does also bend, when traveling at lightspeed the object is not affected by time.

Note that Goku, who was weaker than Ginyu was before using Kaiô-Ken, was faster than Butta. And Ginyu called Butta the fastest in the universe, meaning he was faster than Ginyu.

So, in terms of speed, Goku>Butta>Ginyu
In terms of power, Ginyu>Goku>Butta

You can't judge speed based on power.

And of course speed increase with power, we all know that. But that doesn't mean twice as strong means twice as fast, it means faster means stronger.

Speed is not directly proportional to PL.

Burter and USSJ Trunks are two examples.

Broly is really stronger but he hasn't a great speed.
